This week's Missouri Valley Conference Swimming and Diving Athletes of the Week are Kyle Pullman of Illinois State and Megan Doades of Evansville.

Pullman, a senior from Elgin, Illinois, swam a time of 24.71 in the 50-yard freestyle, placing first against against Big 10 foe Illinois. It was the only first-place finish for a Redbird in the meet.  She also had a season best swim in the 200 freestyle with a time of 1:59.89. Pullman finished second in the 100 yard freestyle (54.31) and was the anchor swimmer for the 400 yard freestyle relay, which also placed second (3:38.68).

 Doades finished first on both the one meter and three meter dives in a one-point team win for Evansville over Eastern Illinois.  She placed first on both boards and posted personal bests on both events.
 She tallied 215.15 points on the one-meter board and 193.30 on the three meter.
