Missouri State has won their fifth-consecutive title at the 2012 State Farm Swimming & Diving Championship with a total of 977 points. Illinois State took second-place with 725 points and Southern Illinois in third (705 points).

In a unanimous vote, Missouri State has been named as the pre-championship favorite at the 2012 State Farm Missouri Valley Conference Swimming & Diving Championships, February 16-18 in Carbondale, Ill., hosted by Southern Illinois University.
