Frequently Asked Questions:

 

Order Status     

An email will be sent to you confirming that your order has been received. An additional email will be sent to you notifying you when your order ships.  You can also check your order status at any time by clicking on “Order Status” at the top of every page.

 

Order Tracking     

Once your order has been processed for shipping, a UPS tracking number will be assigned. You can access your tracking number at any time by clicking on the ‘Order Status’ tab located near the top of the left hand menu on every page. Once your order has been processed by UPS, you will be able to use your tracking number to track your package at ups.com.

 

Payment Options     

We currently accept Visa, MasterCard American Express and Discover cards.

   

Privacy     

We value our customers and respect their privacy. We collect customer information in an effort to improve your shopping experience and to communicate with you about our products, services, contests and promotions. We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.

  

Credit Card Security     

Protecting the safety of your credit card information is important to us. We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to protect the security of your credit card information as it is transmitted to us. SSL is Internet encryption technology, a sophisticated method of scrambling data as it travels from your computer to our website's servers.

 

Return Policy     

If for any reason you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased from us, return the unwashed and unworn item within 30 days for a full refund, minus shipping and handling charges. Items that have been customized with an individual name or number can not be returned unless defective. Please send your return, with detailed instructions on exactly what you need done (refund, exchange etc.) to:

 

 

Alaska and Hawaii     

UPS Ground now delivers to Alaska and Hawaii. The expected shipping time from our warehouse is four business days once the order has left our warehouse.

 

APO or PO Boxes     

All APO and PO Box orders must be shipped via the United States Postal Service. Packages can not be tracked and we can not guarantee delivery of the package. We are not responsible for any orders that are lost or stolen. We recommend having orders shipped to a physical address if possible.

 

Shipping Time     

If the items on your order are in stock, your order will generally ship the next business day. If your order ships incomplete, you will not be charged for any backordered items until they are shipped. Orders are shipped UPS Ground unless special shipping arrangements have been made. However, shipments to P.O. Boxes are shipped United State Postal Service because UPS does not deliver to those addresses.

  

Out of Stock Items     

If an item on your order is out of stock, the available items in your order may be shipped. You will not be charged for any backordered items until they are shipped. You can check your order status at any time by clicking on the ‘Order Status’ tab located near the top of the left hand menu on every page.
