We apologize for any issues you are having with our videostreaming package.  The Missouri Valley Conference videostreaming package is handled by our internet service provider (Jumptv sports), and the company also manages technical issues associated with the packages we offer.

The best way to get immediate assistance is by filling out a form on the link below.  Be sure to pull down on select "technical support" in the drop down menu:

Should you not receive assistance from the help desk within a reasonable amount of time (or if the situation is not repaired), please send an e-mail the league office at blog@mvc.org. 

If you have suggestions about the quality of a videostream (audio problems, camera angles, etc.), you can also e-mail the league office at blog@mvc.org.   Each of our schools handles videostreaming from their arenas, and we will forward your concerns to the appropriate person at that campus.
