It marked the second year in a row that the top five teams were within eight strokes of each other at the end of the tournament.
Redbird Katie Jean won medalist honors for the second consecutive year. This marks only the sixth time that a Valley golfer has won medalist honors twice. Jean also earned the league's Elite 18 Award, given to a student-athlete among the top-18 individual finishers, with the highest GPA. She was the 2011 and 2012 Elite 18 winner as well.
Bradley's Mary Swanson was named coach of the year. This the first time in 10 seasons that the coach of a non-winning team has earned the honor.
